We took advantage of a couple of days off around Kayla's birthday to visit Ninny & Grandaddy in Venice, Florida. It was a nice reprieve after enduring Charleston's ridiculously cold and ice-filled winter. We visited a beautiful beach, Boca Grande; took in the scenery on the gorgeous Venice Pier; swam in the pool at the campgrounds; and generally enjoyed the warm weather and company.
