Pint-Sized Balls of Energy

We go for lots of bike rides and walks in the neighborhood after dinner or during the afternoons I am home from work.  The problem is that while Avery gets to expend energy running or biking, Kayla remains strapped in the stroller and is patiently conserving her energy until we all get home, exhausted from our outing, and she is rearing up to go.  So one night, we decided to let Kayla walk with us and see how far she could make it.  We went about 1/2 mile, which doesn't sound like much, but when an 18 month old who is less than 3 feet tall covers that distance (most of it running, by the way), that's a pretty long way.  Every now and then, Kayla would randomly stop and lie down on the sidewalk to plank.  I wish I could bottle this girl's stamina.  I would make millions.
