Columbia Zoo

Avery is an animal lover at heart. He loves his doggies, the homeless kitties at the vet's office, the great white egrets that are constantly flying overhead, the random turtles that get stuck in our yard and have to be freed, and even the zillions of frogs that cover the house and windows at night (at least, he did love them until one jumped right at him and scared him to death!). While Charleston has many great qualities, one thing that it lacks is a ZOO. Today, we patiently made the hour and forty minute drive to Columbia to take Avery for his first zoo experience. While he was excited to see all of the animals, words can not describe his elation in the aquarium portion of the zoo. Check out the video and pics below:
