Every year in December, we drive to the James Island County Park, where there is a huge display of Christmas lights that you can drive through, along with other activities that you can participate in if you park the car, including riding a train, taking pictures with Santa, and roasting marshmallows. This year, we were desperately running out of free time to do all of our "Christmasy" stuff before we left for Cleveland. So instead of driving the hour to James Island, we kicked it old school and visited a similar lights display (just on a MUCH smaller scale) in good ole Moncks Corner. We still had a great time and we especially enjoyed the 10 minute car-ride home at the end of the evening.
