See ya later, alligator!!

Here are som pics from our trip to Cypress Gardens, which is a former rice plantation that was turned into a public garden. Some famous movies have been filmed here, including The Patriot and The Notebook. There is a swamp with Cypress trees, a butterfly house, a "swamparium", and lovely trails and gazebos. Did I mention that this is not even 5 minutes down the road from our house? I hope those alligators stay on their side of the swamp!!
