This year, we spent Halloween weekend in Fayetteville, NC, in order to go trick-or-treating with Avery's cousins. Avery went as his alter-ego, punk rockin' A-Dogg.
Mommy putting the finishing touches on Avery's costume (sidenote: the glasses did not stay on longer than 5 seconds).
"You didn't say Trick or Treat, Uncle David!"
Avery and Little David helping Aunt Susie greet the first trick or treaters.
Avery, do you hear something??
What the heck is that noise, Avery??
It's just freaky Fred out on the front porch (another sidenote: Avery woke up in the middle of the night crying hysterically for two nights in a row after this...nightmares, anyone??).
Outside, Avery is still unsure about Fred.
Cousin Athena in her Halloween finest.
Cousin David.
Cousin Jon.
Avery and Mommy looking for a house to get a treat from.
Avery took a piece of candy from one house. I was so proud of him!
A diaper hanging out of your pants isn't very rock 'n roll, Avery....
...but then again, leg warmers aren't very pirate-like either.
