Happy 18 Months, Avery!

Avery, when you are looking back on your blog books, I want you to know that you were a very "busy" toddler. With all of your activity, you have taught us many important life-lessons, including to keep keys in our pocket when we step outside for even a second because you can lock us out; that you are an "advantage climber" and will use your toys or chairs to reach the objects we thought we were smart enough to push to the back of the countertop; that perhaps a pub-height glass table and chairs are not exactly "kid-friendly"; if you smile and talk to everyone, they will smile back; Sesame Street is a timeless classic (thank you, You Tube); and, if you feed a dog tablefood three+ times a day, she will love you forever.
