Dance Like Nobody's Watching...or Like Mom's Videotaping

My family loves to dance.  I am not sure why all of my videos show them dancing in their underwear, though.....

Dancing to their own music....
Turn the volume up on this video (if you can tolerate the sound of my hysterical laughter).  Avery was dancing to the end credits of a movie that he had never seen before.  I think some of the choreography was pretty amazing for a four year old to improv.
I didn't catch the good stuff in time, but Kayla was dancing around in her underwear, trying to get the dirt off of her bottom.  There are still some pretty great moves in this video...including Avery getting in on the action.

Beach in the Fall

We went to the beach twice with Ninny & Grandaddy.  The water was pretty chilly, but again, little kids don't seem to notice.

Mount Pleasant Pier

Ninny & Grandaddy took us to the pier in Mount Pleasant, which we had never been to before.  It was a beautiful night (although pretty windy), and a cool place to visit.  We will have to go back soon!

More snuggles from Ninny.

Climbing on this statue of....(insert name here).
Hanging out with Daddy on the pier....don't blow away, Kayla!

Kayla was checking out one fisherman's catch.
Yes, someone caught a stingray.  Nice.
Mommy & Kayla moment...my little girl is getting so big!!

Swingtime with the grandparents.
Checking out the water with Ninny.
It was a little unnerving to play on a playground located directly beneath the Ravenell bridge.

A Visit from Ninny & Grandaddy

Ninny and Grandaddy came down from Kentucky last month to visit with the Jean Team.  They stayed in their coach in a KOA campground in Mount Pleasant.  While they were here, we enjoyed spending a ton of time with them, including at the beach, shopping, eating out, or just hanging out at the coach, enjoying the beautiful weather.  Please come again soon!

We met up for Sunday brunch a couple of times in this neat cafĂ© in Mount Pleasant.  The kids loved their pancakes and waffles!

Ninny & Grandaddy brought down Phil's old school Tonka trucks for the kids to play with.

Grandaddy being a lifeguard at the KOA pool.
The water was a little bit chilly, but kids never seem to care.
Snuggles with her Ninny.
Long arc quads with a 30 pound toddler hanging on you is a great resistance exercise!
One of several home cooked meals by Ninny at the campground.  These were my favorite visits.
Kayla playing with an ugly flag.  Kentucky blue is MUCH prettier!!
Kayla and Grandaddy having way too much fun while shopping.
Lunch at Stono Market...YUM.
A PB&J mustache.
Kayla loved this doggy at the Stono Market.
A great photo taken by Grandaddy at brunch one morning.
Avery enjoyed all of the pirate toys that Ninny & Grandaddy brought him.
A great pirate drawing by Avery.
Chillin' in the coach one night, watching TV.
Lunch at Buddy Roe's Shrimp Shack.
